Cancellation of Orders will incur a 30% processing Fee on pre-orders and 10% processing fee on in-stock items. No exceptions will be made to protect our business from disturbing amounts of pre-order cancellations. However, in special occasions we will refund you the full amount if the reason behind the refund is by a fault on our behalf. We will also refund you the entire amount if we fail to supply your order.
RETURNS & SHIPPING
We try to ship out all orders that are placed through our website during the following business day. However, some orders may take longer processing time. It's important to note that because of the immense Pokémon demand, the supply will sometimes be delayed so we all need to be patient. We do offer full refunds on unopened products within 14 days after the customer has received their product (Norway only). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Our courier offers free return of product back to us for return of item (Norway only). Buyer is responsible for paying for own shipping costs for return of item (International). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
